Busy Ming Group owns two brands, “Busy for You” and “Super Ming”.“ Busy for You” was founded by Mr. Yan Zhou in March 2017 in Changsha, Hunan Province. “Super Ming” was founded by Mr. Zhao Ding in January 2019 in Yichun, Jiangxi Province.

As of September 30, 2025, Busy Ming Group achieved a GMV of RMB 66.1 billion. According to Frost & Sullivan, Busy Ming Group is the largest chain retailer of snack and beverage products in China in terms of GMV.

As of November 2025, the Group operated a total of 21,041 stores. As of September 30, 2025, its retail network covered 28 provinces across all city tiers in China, with approximately 59% of stores located in county-level cities and townships, spanning 1,341 counties nationwide.

On January 28, 2026, Busy Ming Group was officially listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange under the stock code "01768.HK".
